There are few sports that can transport you as quickly and deeply into the backcountry as mountain biking can. We’ve developed our mountain bike medicine program to expand from our core curriculum and focus on specific topics to make mountain bikers safer.

What We Offer:
Our sport-specific model is designed to take our wilderness medicine core curriculum and apply it to the various scenarios and situations that one might encounter while mountain biking. This approach helps students dive deeper into topics and scenarios that are relevant to the trail, yet still transferable to other wilderness emergencies. The context gained from skills learned and practiced in the woods helps solidify concepts and recreates the challenges of handling situations in the field. We similarly place emphasis on preventative practices.
Custom Programs:
We love working with people to create customized group program offerings. If you have an idea for a custom mountain bike medicine course that you would like to create, get in touch with us here.
