About This Course
Mountain bike coaching comes with real responsibility. This two-day course is designed specifically for coaches who want to ride better and be prepared when something goes wrong on the trail. One day you'll ride with TrailWorks' Brian Astell, sharpening your technique and building the fundamentals you can pass on to your riders. The other, you're with BMG's instructors learning hands-on first aid skills built around the emergencies that happen on mountain bike trails.  The class will run from 9-4:30 both days.
