Big Sur WFR Food Program

During the Big Sur WFR, grocery stores and reasonably priced food are (at least) 45 minutes away. This means participants must be prepared for the week ahead of time, with the proper amount of food for each day. Fuel for hiking and learning is incredibly important and we want everyone to thrive, so we offer a group food program, where those who opt in will be provided with meals and snacks the duration of the program. Everyone in the group program will take turns cooking and cleaning up each of the shared meals. BMG provides the cookware. Please read additional details outlined below

If you have a dietary preference that we should be aware of, please let us know during checkout. We are able to accommodate most dietary preferences and will reach out if we have any questions.

Please note that all participants will be responsible for helping to cook and clean each meal.

If a participant has purchased a meal plan and needs to cancel, transfer, or leave early from a program, no refund will be given unless BMG has not yet bought supplies. Supplies are purchased one week out from a program’s start date. If supplies have not been purchased, the participant will receive a full refund/transfer.
